Registration & Policies
The DCC continues to be a sellout event!
Door County is a very popular destination due to its natural beauty and many activities beyond cycling, we have an event capacity to ensure rider safety and enjoyment. Through discussions with the Door County Sheriff’s Department, the Sturgeon Bay Police Department, and other municipalities, we limit capacity to 3,000 riders each year.
Ride registration provides your rider wristband. This band allows access to course maps, up to six on-course rest stations with unlimited food and beverage, and a plate for the post-ride dinner. The rider wristband also allows for two complimentary tap beers/beverages at the DCC Bar. Band must be intact and worn to take advantage of these benefits.

Registration Policies
REFUNDS
The Door County Century does not offer refunds on registration for any reason regardless of personal circumstances. The financial outcome of the event, particularly as it pertains to our charity partners, depends on the organizers’ ability to anticipate the final number of riders prior to ride weekend. Opening the door to refunds would jeopardize this ability. Also, refunds are not given in the event of poor weather conditions or situations outside of our control as organizers.
DEFERRALS
The Door County Century does not allow riders to “defer” or carry over their entries for future years. Your registration is for this year’s ride, not a future year’s ride. We have no tracking mechanism for carrying over entries from one year to another.
TRANSFERS
The Door County Century will accommodate transfers from rider to rider as long as the data for the new rider is entered in the registration system by the end of July. The deadline for advance online registration transfer is August 1, 2025 at midnight. It is up to the rider transferring his/her entry to find someone willing to purchase it from them and complete the necessary steps online. An email to the DCC support group will not suffice for this, as a digital waiver must be signed for the process to be complete.
PACKET PICK UP
Participants may allow someone else to pick up their packets for them merely by knowing the name of a registered rider. If you are picking up someone else’s packet, please be sure that they are aware you are doing so to avoid confusion. The rider wristband included in your packet grants you access to the six rest stations along the course route and your plate at the post-ride dinner at the finish of the event.
